RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at RynorContact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.

  • $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing wear or damage

  • Returns requested after the 14-day window

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you would like a different size, color, or product. To complete an exchange, you’ll first need to return your original item in its original condition. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item of your choice.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking. Outbound shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
